1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PullValue.io (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

PullValue.io is a data analytics platform that provides Expected Value (EV) calculations, market analytics, AI-powered predictions, and other tools related to mystery packs sold on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Courtyard.io. The Service aggregates publicly available data to help users make informed purchasing decisions.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.
  • You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing subscription restrictions.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • Free Plan: Access to basic EV data with a 15-minute delay, pack listings, verdicts, and community features. No payment required.
  • Pro Plan ($14.99/month or $9.99/month billed annually): Real-time EV data, AI SmartScore predictions, +EV alerts, ROI tracker, and advanced analytics features.
  • Elite Plan ($39.99/month or $29.99/month billed annually): All Pro features plus API access, AI trend predictions, SMS alerts, streamer overlay widget, and priority support.
  • All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions.
  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@pullvalue.io.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
  • Refunds for annual subscriptions are prorated based on remaining months.
  • Refunds are processed through PayPal and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of the refund policy.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period (except as provided in our Refund Policy above).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — are the exclusive property of PullValue.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our servers and networks.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the API access provided by your subscription plan.
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the data or analytics provided by the Service without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. EV CALCULATIONS, AI PREDICTIONS, AND ALL DATA PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR PURCHASING DECISIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PULLVALUE.IO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11. Third-Party Affiliations

PullValue.io is an independent analytics platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Courtyard.io or any other third-party marketplace. Data displayed on the Service is derived from publicly available sources and is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PullValue.io operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
