1. What PullValue is

PullValue is a data analytics and educational service. We publish statistics — expected value, odds, trends, verdicts — computed from publicly observable mystery pack activity. We do not sell packs or cards, execute transactions, or hold user funds.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or legal advice. All metrics, including EV, EV ratios, cash-out estimates, verdicts, and AI briefings, are mathematical estimates derived from historical data. Mystery pack purchases involve chance; historical averages do not predict individual outcomes. All purchasing decisions are yours alone.

3. Data accuracy, as-is

Data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Upstream sources may change, lag, or contain errors; our estimates may diverge from actual market prices, offers, fees, or odds. We correct verified errors but do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullValue and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site — including purchase losses, missed opportunities, marketplace failures, shipping costs, or reliance on any published figure.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape at abusive rates, misrepresent our data as your own, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Cite "PullValue" with a link when republishing our figures.

6. Third-party marks

"Courtyard" and other marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the platforms whose public activity we analyze. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

7. Changes
