Refunds & cancellation
Cancelling takes one click from your billing page. You never have to email us, answer a survey, or talk to anyone to stop paying.
How to cancel
Go to Billing and choose Cancel subscription. It takes effect immediately and there is no retention flow, no offer screen, and no required reason. We do ask why afterwards, and you can ignore the question.
What happens to your access
You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut access off on the day you cancel — you paid for that time.

Your data
Nothing you have recorded is deleted when you cancel. Your portfolio, journal, watchlist and decision history stay exactly as they were, and you can export all of it at any time from your account. If you resubscribe later, it is all still there.
If you want your data gone, account deletion is available in Settings and removes everything immediately and permanently.
Refunds
If PullValue was not what you expected, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. No conditions attached, and you do not need to justify the request.
Beyond 14 days we do not refund by default, because you can cancel at any time and keep the access you paid for. If a charge was taken in error, or the data was materially unavailable during a period you paid for, contact us and we will make it right regardless of how long ago it was.
Refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method, normally within five business days. Annual plans are refunded in full within the 14-day window; after that, cancelling stops the next renewal.
Billing
- Monthly Pro renews every month at $19.89.
- Annual Pro renews every 12 months at $190.94, which works out at $15.91 a month.
- Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
- Prices include no hidden fees; the amount shown is the amount charged.
- If a payment fails, we retry and email you. Access continues during the retry window rather than being cut off immediately.
